- Testosterone which is used to increase and optimize hormone levels. Dosage does vary and will be determined by the prescribing physician. We will require medical history, six week lab results and medical visits to determine progress and dosage.

Multicare Plus requires a follow up 90 days after beginning the testosterone program. The patient will be required to follow up with additional labs. This is to determine that the right diagnosis and dosages were developed for the patient. If the patient is not pleased with the results, the program chosen for the patient will be altered to suit the best outcome for the patient.
Follow up office visits will be conducted at least twice a year or per request by the physician.
